- All participants must meet the various divisions age requirements by January 1, 2026 to compete in that division.
Eligibility:
- All sanctioned players are eligible for Tournament competition providing they have played in a Junior League for a minimum of 6 league matches and are deemed an active player.

All participants will be required to submit a Tournament Release Form (found in the link below). Download and submit with entry. Release forms can be emailed to curranf@cngameroom.com or mailed to the C&N Mankato office.
